The Lake County Treasurer is not responsible for payments made on the wrong property and payments so made cannot be refunded.  If your mortgage company pays your property taxes, do not make your payment.

Any information acquired on this site is for the sole purpose of processing tax payments for property taxes. Information is for use by Lake County to insure that proper credit is given for tax purposes. No information will be used or released to third party vendors or solicitors. No vital credit card or account information is stored at this site.

Additional Charges

As per MCA Title 7, Chapter 5, Lake County holds the right to charge a convienence fee for all transactions made on this site.  The total transaction is the amount of tax due plus a 3% sevice fee.
