The following administrative materials are intended to provide resources to subdividers and Lake County Officials.  Included herein are application forms, sample certificates, model agreements and other information that may be modified from time to time by the subdivision administrator.  The specific application forms and certificates shall be followed exactly.  Model agreements may be modified on a case-by-case basis in order to reflect the issues unique to each subdivision.  Please check with the Lake County Planning Department for the most current forms
