These services are available at low or no cost to you.
Family Planning Clinics have many payment choices. To pay for family planning services and supplies, you may use:
• Sliding fee scale based on your income
• Medicaid
• Insurance

Medicaid cards are gladly accepted.
• No Medicaid co-payments for family planning.
• No nee to call or get a referral from your Primary Care Provider.
• Do remember to bring your Medicaid card with you to your appointment.

Family Planning Clinics offer confidential services for all ages, including teens.
