Jette Water District meets Friday Jette Meadows/Lake County Sewer & Water District will hold a special meeting Friday, May 9, at 5 p.m., at the Polson City Fire Hall behind City Hall. The purpose is to select one of three alternatives recommended by engineers to remediate a recent ground-water problem in the meter vault of the new well. The problem is delaying bringing the well on line since a state permit cannot be issued until it is resolved. Other issues with the well may also be discussed. The meeting is, as always, public, and Jette Meadows residents are particularly urged to attend.
